These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ebookeducate.com and the financial calculators, blog, ebooks, budget tracker, and related tools we provide (collectively, the "Services"). 3. Accounts

6. Ebooks and Downloadable Content

Ebooks and other downloadable materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may not redistribute, resell, or republish this content. Any paid digital products will be subject to the specific terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

7. User-Provided Data

You retain ownership of the financial data and other content you enter into the Services (such as budget tracker transactions). By submitting this data, you grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on and may link to third-party services (for example, analytics and AI providers) and external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and policies.

Any decisions you make based on the Services are your sole responsibility.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EbookEducate and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts having jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
